MICROCOMPUTER SYSTEM WITH BUFFER IN PERIPHERAL STORAGE CONTROL

The system includes a control for controlling data transfer between a peripheral storage and a RAM. The control includes a buffer storing data read out from the peripheral storage and for feeding an internal data bus with data having an address instructed by a counter. An unit is connected between the internal data bus and a common bus for switching a data transfer direction in response to both a read/write instruction signal on the common bus and a transfer acknowledge signal from a DMA control.
