PURPOSE:To reduce a noise, by mounting a fan to a rotary shaft of a rotor by an almost cone-shaped fan boss formed by a porous material. CONSTITUTION:A fan 9 holds its fan plate rear disc 9b from its upper and bottom to be interposed between an almost cone-shaped fan boss 13, formed by a porous material, and a spacer 12, around a rotary shaft 2. And the fan 9, which is securely mounted by tightening a nut 10 to the rotary shaft 2, rotates in accordance with rotation of a rotor 1. In this way, a noise, generated when air collides against the fan boss 13, is absorbed by the fan boss 13, and the fan prevents the noise from its generation almost even from an exhaust port 4a.
