PURPOSE:To prolong cleaning cycle, to improve spinning process tone and to carry out melt spinning, by heating the peripheral part of delivery holes by a heater set directly under a spinneret face so that occurrence and growth of foreign matters depositing on the peripheral part are suppressed. CONSTITUTION:At least the peripheral part of delivery holes is heated by a heater (preferably ceramic heater H) set directly under a spinneret face, a thermoplastic polymer is melted and extruded from a spinneret to carry out spinning. A polyester containing an antimony compound is preferable as the polymer and the temperature at the peripheral part of the delivery hole is preferably 290-300 deg.C.
