PURPOSE:To obtain a natural result near to the thinking of a human being by constituting so as to take the weighted means of one truncated at the grade of an input and one multiplied by the grade of the input. Further, on the second - the Nth rule, the synthesized ambiguous set formed by computing elements 122-1N2 is outputted through a high value priority device 100 and a center of gravity computing element 101. In such a way, the natural result near to the thinking of the human being can be obtained.
