摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the inversion ratio and to stabilize the reaction by correcting and controlling the degree of opening of a by-pass valve to suppress the variance of relative gas flow rate between a main line and a by-pass due to quick switching of a main line valve. CONSTITUTION:Normally, degrees of opening of a main line valve 5 and a by-pass valve 6 are controlled by valve opening degree information set by a rate setter 9. If a switching command signal S7 from a switching command signal sending part 12 is periodically sent in this state, the main line valve is quickly opened and closed to cause a fluid impact in a tubular reactor 2. This fluid impact has a considerable influence upon gas flow rates of a main line 1 and a by-pass 4 in the reactor 2. The time delay required for propagation of the pressure of the fluid impact to a by-pass connection part and the compensation time for quick change of pressure propagation due to the fluid impact are taken into consideration to give such opening degree correcting signal S8 to the by-pass valve 6 that the degree of opening of the by-pass valve 6 is corrected in accordance with that of the main line valve 5 to set gas flow rates of the main line 1 and the by-pass 4 to a certain ratio. Thus, the invert ratio is improved and the reaction is stabilized.
