PURPOSE:To enable various kinds of working of an optional pattern to be executed with one rotary body without exchanging the rotary body, by controlling a rotary drive of the rotary body in a working apparatus to a paper printed with a printing unit. CONSTITUTION:When a continuous paper 3 is drawn out from a paper feed roller 2 of a paper feed unit 1 and transferred to a printing unit 7, a plate cylinder 8 is synchronized with a transfer amount and a feed speed of the continuous paper 3 and is continuously rotated at a specific speed by a drive force of a motor 6. Then, when the continuous paper 3 is sent to a marginal punch unit 13, cut perforations 16 and a transfer hole 17 are provided along cross direction both sides of the continuous paper 3 with a marginal punch cylinder 14 and a marginal part 18 is formed. At that time the feed amount of the continuous paper 3 is detected as a rotational amount of the punch cylinder 14 with a detector 31 and a paper feed amount signal and a paper feed speed signal are sent to a machine cylinder drive control part 29.
