PURPOSE:To attain a picture forming processing by the use of a marker by displaying a picture on which an ordinary area for inputting a coordinate and an execution selecting area for designating the contents of a processing are formed and inputting through a touch screen. CONSTITUTION:The touch screen 1 is mounted on the surface of the screen of a CRT display device 2. An input controller 3 transmits various types of information to a CPU4 based on the operation of the screen 1 and displays a picture signal and the marker transmitted from the CPU4 on the device 2. A coordinate detecting means 31 detects a coordinate position touched on the screen 1 with a finger, a designated area decision means 32 decides the coordinate position to switch a processing mode or transmit prescribed code information. A marker display processing means 34, when a switch 35 is closed, displays the marker on the device 2. The screen of the device 2 is divided into the ordinary area 51 and a mode selection area 52 and the execution selecting area 53 and an arbitrary picture forming processing can be executed by inputting with use of the screen 1 to the respective areas.
