PURPOSE:To conduct checking of top-rear registering irrelevantly to the speed of flow of a long size substance, by making a stroboscopic lamp emit a light at a timing whereat positions of a register mark and the stroboscopic lamp are found at a certain distance from each other. CONSTITUTION:A top-rear registering checking device comprises a stroboscopic lamp 11, a sensor 12 which is a checking unit, and a control unit 13. Out of these units, the sensor 12 and the stroboscopic lamp 11 are set at a distance matched with an interval of register marks, on the course of rewinding of a rewinder 21 for each long size substance 22. The control unit 13 makes control so as to make the stroboscopic lamp emit a light when the position of a register mark detected by the detection sensor 12 is found at the same distance with that between the register marks used for checking, and consequently the checking depends only on the mutual relation between each of the register marks. |
