Single formwork device making it possible to produce, in one final operation of pouring concrete or mortar, the framing of openings, doors and windows of conventional buildings. It is a BLOCK made of lightweight material to the dimensions which are suitable for each opening, and is assembled and fitted at the same time as the building shell.
