PURPOSE:To prevent the external radiation of a switching noise by making a printed board absorb the noise by electrically connecting the printed board with a copper foil to the circuit of a coil for operating an electromagnet rather than to a switch for making. CONSTITUTION:A printed board with a copper foil without etching, what is called, a grand plane 8 and a terminal A1 are electrically connected by a connecting wire 50. By connecting the grand plane 8 to the terminal A1 in this way, a switching noise generated from a coil 5 for operating an electromagnet by the switching operation of a switching transistor 6 and propagated in the air as an electromagnetic wave is absorbed by the grand plane 8 and is returned to a condenser 3 for absorbing noise through the grand plane 8, the connecting wire 50 and the terminal A1. This prevents the propagation of the switching noise in the air from the coil 5 for operating the electromagnet.
