PURPOSE:To improve an attractive appearance by forming a groove on a substrate on which a transparent electrode is formed, and forming a low resistance conductive layer by a conductive material in this groove. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 4A, 4B are formed on substrates 1A, 1B, low resistance conductive layers 5A, 5B are formed in these grooves 4A, 4B, and transparent electrodes 2A, 2B are formed thereon. In such a way, as for the low resistance conductive layers 5A, 5B, its thickness can be thickened, and in order to obtain the same resistance value, it may surface that the same cross-sectional area is formed, therefore, the width of the low resistance conductive layer can be narrowed, and the deterioration of the attractive appearance is reduced.
