PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing process by forming a transparent electrode layer and a metallic layer to prescribed shapes, laminating a layer to be dyed, on the metallic layer and forming it to a prescribed shape, and thereafter, removing a shutter part and the metallic layer of the corresponding part, and also, dyeing the laser to be dyed. CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode layer 10 and a metallic layer 11 are formed to prescribed shapes by sticking a resist film 12 to the whole surface of a substrate on which the transparent layer 10 and the metallic layer 11 are laminated, and executing an exposure, a development and an etching processing. Thereafter, a layer to be dyed 13 is laminated on the metallic layer 11, formed to a prescribed shape, and thereafter, a shutter part and the metallic layer 11 of the corresponding part are removed by dyeing and an etching processing, and also, the layer to be dyed 13 (5f) is dyed. In such a way, the dyed layer 5f for preventing a leakage of light from other part than the shutter part can be formed by a simple process.
