PURPOSE:To adjust the expansion elasticity of a diaphragm independently from the supporting rigidity of a supporting elastic body by forming a subfluid chamber from the diaphragm arranged separately from the supporting elastic body installed between the inner and outer cylinders. CONSTITUTION:A relatively large space S is formed between the lower edge of a supporting elastic body 16 and the inner periphery of an outer cylinder 14, and a diaphragm 52 is installed into the space S, separated from the supporting elastic body 16, and a subfluid chamber 54 is formed between the diaphragm 52 and the outside of an orifice passage 34. Further, the subfluid chamber 54 and the orifice passage 34 communicate each other through an opening part 54a, and the fluid in a main fluid chamber 50 flows between the subfluid chamber 54 through the orifice passage 34, and a main vibration damping mechanism 56 is constituted. Through the above-described fluid flow, the liquid column resonance phenomenon having the expansion elasticity of the diaphragm 52 as spring is generated, and the vibration transmitted from a power unit 22 to a car body 24 is attenuated. |
