PURPOSE:To remove contaminant around a die molding section easily by inserting, heating and vulcanizing a sheet-shaped fabric base having an unvulcanized rubber fabric layer at least on one surface between molding dies at every 50-100 shot moldings. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing agent, if necessary, is blended with unvulcanized rubber and kneaded with a kneading roll to be formed into a thin sheet. The same is piled on a sheet-shaped fiber base, being treated with a calendar roll, pressurized and integrated to manufacture a sheet 10 for cleaning around a die molding section. Said sheet 10 is inserted between molds 1 and 2 at every 50-100 shot moldings, heated and vulcanized to integrate contaminant such as flashes and the like adhered to around the molding section such as the mating section of the molds. By opening the molds 1 and 2, the sheet 10 to which contaminant are adhered is removed out. |
