<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a total treatment time, by intermittently confining the blocks of plastic waste in a treatment duct through a pretreatment chamber and continuously performing compression, heating melting and cooling solidifying processes in the treatment duct. CONSTITUTION:The blocks 20 of plastic waste are pressed into a treatment duct 11 from a pretreatment chamber 10 in such a state that partition plates 21 are alternately linked by a duct cylinder 14 and compressed. When the duct cylinder 14 returns to the original position, the partition plates 21 engaged by engaging means such as stopper pins 15a develop actions preventing the forward swelling of a series of block rows. A series of the block rows are advanced in the treatment duct 11 by the pressing and returning of the duct cylinder 14 and successively compressed, melted under heating and solidified under cooling. Since the partition plates 21 are alternately present in spite of continuous work, the blocks 20 discharged behind the duct 11 are separated and taken out in a small unit.</p> |
