PURPOSE:To constitute a practical image blur preventive device which can be loaded on a camera, etc., by changing automatically a time content of a high-ass filter being capable of switching a degree, to a prescribed time by a timing circuit, and shortening a stable time of an input signal to an integrator. CONSTITUTION:A degree of a high-pass filter 10 is changed by a signal from a control means 15 in a prescribed time after an output signal of an accelerometer 7 is applied to the high-pass filter 10, therefore, a filter characteristic of the high-pass filter is changed, and as a result, an output signal of the high-pass filter 10, inputted to an integrator 11 becomes a stable state in an extremely short time. In such a way, a practical image blur preventive device which is suitable for being loaded on a camera can be constituted.
