Differential device comprising a casing 1 which receives the movement and in which there are housed satellites 4 which mesh with two planetary gears 5 and 6 each one integral with a movement output shaft 7, 8, characterised in that it comprises floating rings 9 each filling volumes lying between two adjacent satellites 4, a central inner joint 10 and the casing 1, so as to obtain, between each of the satellites 4 and the two planetary gears 5 and 6, a hydraulic pump, all the intake chambers and all the delivery chambers being connected by a linking circuit including a constriction system which is controlled by means of a flow rate-regulating device so as to make it possible to transfer part of the torque from one movement output to the other. <IMAGE>
