PURPOSE:To shorten the longitudinal vibration cycle time and to inject the ink at a stable speed, by forming the end surface of a nozzle tail part so as not to cross the center axis of the nozzle at a right angle. CONSTITUTION:The opening end surface of the tail part 1b of a nozzle 1 is formed so as to be inclined, for example, at 45 deg. with respect to the center axis of the nozzle 1. Therefore, the vibration range of the ink in the piercing hole 1c of the nozzle 1 by the vibration of a vibration plate 8 is shortened by (L1-L2)/2 as compared with such a case that the end surface is vertical and the vibration converging time of the ink is shortened corresponding thereto. By this method, the timing of the vibration of the vibration plate 8 and that of the ink in the nozzle 1 can be taken properly and, even a region where the driving frequency of a vibrator is high, an ink jet speed is stabilized and high quality printing becomes possible. |
