PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling of a valve disc with a valve stem into a valve case, by installing the valve body whose one side is provided with the valve ster projectingly as one body and the other side with a valve stem hole respectively, and the integral valve case in which a valve stem through hole on one side and a valve stem support hole on the other bath are bored. CONSTITUTION:A valve body 1 in which a valve stem 2 is fixed on one side and a valve stem hole 3 is bored on the other, is constituted of a valve plate 4, plural reinforced ribs 6 and a reinforced plate 7. A valve case 9 is bored with a valve stem through hole 10 on one side and a valve stem support hole 11 on the other, respectively. After the valve stem 2 is inserted into the valve stem through hole 10, a support ring 15 is fitted in the valve stem though hole 10 of the valve case 9. Finally, if the valve stem is inserted into the valve stem hole 3 and fixed therein, the valve 1 is supported inside the valve case 9, thus valve assembly is all over.
