PURPOSE:To perform the automatic information of a trouble in data processing system by making a diagnosing control device execute a transferring processing such as to transfer a message to a remote maintenance center through a system bus control part and a line control mechanism, on the basis of an input/output instruction. CONSTITUTION:When a monitor program 401 detects the trouble of the data processing system, it picks its trouble information by itself, and calls a remote maintenance line control program 402, and remakes the dial number of the remote maintenance center and the trouble information as the message, and issues the input/output instruction to the diagnosing control device 100. When the diagnosing control device 100 receives the input of the input/output instruction, a micro-program execution control part 11 performs the transferring processing of the message to the line control mechanism 16. Because when the said message reaches a remote computer 600 through a city line 1000, the remote computer 600 analyzes the trouble information and returns it to the diagnosing control device 100, the micro-program execution control part 11 performs a diagnosis or a maintenance.
