PURPOSE:To realize the print of a large number of digits without providing a loading place for printer only, by loading a printer unit capable of printing a large number of digits in such way that it can be rocked freely on an upper guide plate, and fixing and printing an original with the printer unit and a lower guide plate. CONSTITUTION:When the original 1 is inserted in a direction of arrow head, a sent original advances being guided with the upper guide plate 3 and the lower guide plate 4 by a paper supplying roller 2, and carrying is completed by original carrying rollers 5, 6, and 7. The original can be read in such way that it is image-formed on a sensor 11 by a lens 10 via a fluorescent lamp 8 that is a bar-shaped light source and a mirror 9. The printer unit 13 is arranged just behind a reading point 12 and between the rollers 6 and 7 setting the supporting axis 14 of the upper guide plate 3 as a rocking fulcrum. Generally, the unit 13 is raised by a spring 15 when no print is required, and when a print operation is performed, the unit 13 is rocked downward by using a linear solenoid 16 fixed on the upper guide plate 3. Thus, it is possible to print a large number of digits by fixing the original 1 with the lower guide plate 4.
