PURPOSE:To improve the reality of a conference, by transmitting voice after mixing the position information of the microphone of a speaker when it is transmitted, and outputting the voice from the speaker corresponding to a position by detecting the position in formation of the speaker at the time of reproducing the voice at an opponent side. CONSTITUTION:The microphones M1, M2, M3,...Mn, are propared for every attendant in plural conferences, and the speakers SP1, SP2, SP3,...SPn corresponding to the positions of the microphones M1, M2, M3,...Mn, respectively are arranged in a conference room at the opponent side. When the voice is transmitted, the position information of the microphone of the speaker is set at a position information setting part 10, and after mixing at a mixing part 15, it is transmitted. When it is reproduced at the opponent side, the position information of the speaker is detected at a position information detecting part 17, and the voice is outputted from the speaker whose position corresponds. In such way, it is possible to heighten the reality of the conference.
