1334956 Pile driving RMI RHEIN-MAININDUSTRIEBEDARF GmbH & CO KG 11 Jan 1971 [10 Jan 1970] 1265/71 Heading E1H A vibratory pile driving and extracting mechanism is provided with a hydraulically operable telescopic guide frame 1, 4, the lower part 1 of which is adjustably mounted in a guide 9 on a carrier vehicle (not shown), whereby the working position of the rammer 16 may be varied. Cables 13 which pass round pairs of pulleys 5, 6 on the upper member 4 are attached by clips 12 to the lower member 1. Thus, when the piston 2a is reciprocated the rammer 16, which is supported by the cables 13, moves up and down. To withdraw piles a foot 3a is projected into engagement with a supporting surface and the piston 2a moved up to withdraw the pile. (For Figure see next page) |
