<p>PURPOSE:To keep the information needed for the future transmission of information as much as possible on a screen by separating the information highly related to the future transmission from those less highly related to the future transmission and erasing the latter information out of the screen. CONSTITUTION:The information on a topic different from that on the topic displayed most lately is retrieved out of the displayed information based on the contents of a relative information memory 3 and on the basis of a relationship deciding standard. When said information is retrieved, it is decided the information is closed or not. If the information is closed, this information is erased. In case said information is not included in the displayed information and in case this information is not closed although it is included in the displayed information, the information on a conversation pair having deeper nest level than the information displayed most lately is retrieved out of those displayed information based on the contents of the memory 3. Then the relevant information is erased in case this information is confirmed and also closed.</p> |
