<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound useful for the investigation of the function of biomembrane, by carrying out the protection of hydroxyl group, deacylation, introduction of desired acyl group, reaction with lipase, etc., introduction of other acyl group and elimination of protective group. CONSTITUTION:Two or more hydroxyl groups on the inositol part of 1,2- diacyl-3-glyceryl phosphatidylinositol are protected with protective group and the compound is deacylated. After the introduction of desired acyl group, the deacylated product is treated with a lipase or phospholipase to obtain a hydroxyl-protected monoacyl-3-glyceryl phosphatidylinositol. Another desired acyl group is introduced into the hydroxyl-protected compound and the protective group is eliminated from product to obtain the objective mixed acid-type 1,2-diacyl-3-glyceryl phosphatidylinositol of formula (R and R' are different acyl group).</p> |
