PURPOSE:To measure accurate characteristics by hinging a supporting plate on a ground plate and fitting a pressure plate to which plural push rods for pressing a microwave element are fitted rotatably to the supporting plate. CONSTITUTION:The pressure plate 5 is movable on the supporting plate 9, which is fitted rotatably to the ground plate 2 by a hinge 6. Therefore, when the pressure plate 5 is connected to the supporting plate on a perpendicular line through on its center of gravity, the push rods 7 press the microwave element 8. Further, even if the plate shifts slightly in position, the connection part between the supporting plate 9 and pressure plate 5 is movable and is a run-off part, so the element 8 can be pressed. Consequently, accurate characteristics are measured.
