In a motor vehicle the windscreen wiper arm and blade assemblies 28, 30 are parked in an elongate chamber 24 which extends across the vehicle adjacent the lower portion of the windscreen and is bounded by a portion of the vehicle scuttle 16, a rear portion of the bonnet 12, and a seal chamber 36 which is compressed between the bonnet and the scuttle when the bonnet is closed, the chamber 24 serving as an air inlet of a ventilation system of the vehicle. |
