PURPOSE:To reduce uncomfortableness at the time of startup operation and improve air conditioning comfortableness by a method wherein hot air with temp. difference is blown by utilizing a pressure reducing device at a normal operating condition and the temp. difference in blow-off air is not allowed to occur at the time of startup operation. CONSTITUTION:When an opening and closing means 16 is in open condition at the steady operating condition of space heating, the condensing temp. at a heat exchanging part 11 is higher than that at a heat exchanging part 12 because of the installation of a pressure reducing device 13 between the parts 11 and 12. Therefore, temp. difference occurs in a hot air passing through both parts 11 and 12 and the high temp. hot air passing through the part 11 is blown at the lower layer, and the low temp. hot air is blown at the upper layer higher than the aforesaid layer. Therefore, the rising motion of the high temp. hot air is controlled and a room temp. distribution is able to be kept satisfactory. On the other hand, when the means 16 is opened to interconnect a by-pass passage 15 at the time of startup operation, the device does not function and a condensing temp. difference at the parts 11 and 12 does not take place and also the temp. distribution in discharged air layers disapperars. |
