PURPOSE:To improve profitability and reliability, by inverting the phase alternately to generate the negative pulse to a switching element in case the other switching element generates the positive pulse in a coincident cycle. CONSTITUTION:A leakage current suppression circuit is equipped with a DC-DC converter 1 and a DC-DC converter 2 of identical rated output, each of which is composed of switching elements 3-6, transformers 7-8, a rectification- smoothing circuit 10, a drive circuit 11, a pulse modulation circuit 12, and a feedback amplification circuit 13. When the switching elements 3 and 6 generate positive pulses in a coincident cycle on one hand with two DC-DC converters 1-2 of this identical output power connected in parallel to balance the output power, the switching elements 5 and 4 on the other generate negative pulses, operating so as to invert the phase alternately. The current with complementary phase is thereby generated, so that the leakage current can be set off.
