PURPOSE:To attain a large shift of a cursor mark on a screen with a small manipulated variable by magnifying the 2-dimensional coordinate displacement data as necessary. CONSTITUTION:A magnified parameter corresponding to the magnified shift value indicated by an operator at the time of input of coordinates is multiplied by the coordinate displacement data supplied by a 2-dimensional coordinate displacement data production means through a multiplying circuit 4. Thus it is possible to obtain the coordinate data on the value obtained by magnifying equivalently the shift value of the hand of the operator. Then the coordinate data is converted into the shift value of a cursor mark on a display screen by a coordinate converting circuit 5 based on said magnified displacement data. Therefore a large shift value can be given to the cursor mark on the display screen even though the shift value of the operator's hand is small with the 2-dimensional coordinate displacement data production means.
