<p>Apparatus capable of constantly monitoring the vibration of a rotary machine with high accuracy. In a control processor (8), a number of revolutions and a vibration alarm level which a previously stored in a memory (11) are delivered to a signal processor (7). The vibration waveform of a vibration sensor (2) selected by a scanner (3) is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter (4) and is input to the signal processor (7) via a shift register (5). In the signal processor (7), a comparison is made between the alarm level from the control processor (8) and the vibration data from the shift register (5), and the result of this calculation is delivered to the control processor (8). The control processor (8) actuates an output device on the basis of the information from the signal processor (7).</p> |
