PURPOSE:To reduce a controller in size by fixing a PC board on an upper frame, and a radiator and a power resistor on a lower frame, and by forming the upper and lower frames integrally with a power substrate placed between the frames. CONSTITUTION:On an upper frame 2, a PC board 1 is retained. On a lower frame 4, a radiator 5 with a fitted power semiconductor element 51, and a power resistor 6 are fitted. A power substrate 3 is of a multilayer printed board, and a smoothing capacitor 31 with a large capacity for the power component part of an AC motor, an electromagnetic contactor 32, a circuit breaker 33, a power terminal 34, and the like are fitted, and are connected with soldering. The upper frame 2 is fitted on the lower frame 4 with the power substrate placed between the frames, by means of tapping screws 25. |
