PURPOSE:To prevent carbon flowers from generating and to stabilize combustion even under a low load by providing a plurality of nozzle holes at the distal end of an atomizer to eject vapor or the like therethrough. CONSTITUTION:Nozzle holes 105 for spraying a medium disposed at the distal end of an atomizer main body 103 sprays the medium in the tangential direction of the concentric circle in a disposition pitch circle of the group of ejection ports. Accordingly, an atomized fuel is ejected into a furnace, and even when carbon flowers tend to adhere to the tip end of the atomizer main body 103, since the spraying medium is sprayed in the directions P, Q, R and S, its generation can be prevented. Further, by the constant spraying of the medium, overheating at the tip end of the atomizer main body 103 can be prevented.
