A form consisting of an open-ended inversely tapered enclosure (18) having a pair of handles (22) oppositively located. A plastic bag is slipped over the enclosure (18) from the bottom, leaving the open top of the bag located near the top of the enclosure. A bottom pan (24), having a strap (28) retained across its underside, is next nested under the bag-covered enclosure (18) and each strap end is attached to the handles (22) with integral strap hooks (30). To use the form, trash is placed inside the enclosure (18) and compressed manually against the sides and bottom of the enclosure. When the enclosure (18) is filled, the straps (28) are disconnected from the handles (22) and the enclosure is removed by lifting it upwardly - thus leaving a fully packed trash bag. A lid (32) may also be placed on top of the enclosure during storage and transportation. |
