A cutter particularly intended for excising plant foliage without damaging fruit comprises suction apparatus (2), cutting apparatus (3) and a barrier or barriers (4, 5) the suction apparatus (1, 2) being capable of sucking foliage from plants so that the cutting apparatus can then excise the foliage whilst the barrier or barriers ensure that only minimal damage to the fruit and wood thereof occurs. |
