PURPOSE:To obtain a flaw detection image wherein cubic effect is emphasized by converting the coordinates of flaw detection data and obtaining a flaw detection image by birds-eye viewing, and varying the number of dots for the distance from the view point in a 2nd birds-eye view direction. CONSTITUTION:Flaw detection data is inputted to a dot number arithmetic part 30 from a flaw detection data input part 10 and the view point in the 2nd birds-eye view direction is inputted from a parameter input part 20. The arithmetic part 30 calculates the maximum number of dots which can be represented as one flaw detection data on the display of a display device 50 firstly. The position of a coordinate-converted area is calculated and then the number of dots representing the flaw detection data on the display of the device 60 is found lastly. A coordinate conversion part 40 converts the coordinates of the flaw detection data to two-dimensional coordinates and outputs the data to the device 50, which displays the data in dots on the display. |
