摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled readily edible food, having high nutritive value and unconventional tastiness at a low cost, by blending seasoned laver prepared by cooking with seasoning solutions over a slow fire to sufficiently permeate the seasoning solutions with an eel seasoned to be readily edible by a specific method. CONSTITUTION:Laver dipped in water to remove impurities is initially blended with (A) a seasoning solution consisting of (A) soy sauce, granulated sugar, sorbitol, water, 'MIRIN' [sweet SAKE (Japanese rice wine)], flavor beef, ginger, bistop, etc., and (B) a seasoning solution consisting of 'TAMARI JOYU' (soy sauce made only from soybeans), granulated sugar, sorbitol, water, wine, 'MIRIN', glycine, ginger, Japanese pepper, flavor beef, etc., and cooked over a slow fire to sufficiently permeate both seasoning solutions into the laver. On the other hand, an eel pretreated to provide a readily edible size is put in a pressure cooker and steamed at 120 deg.C temperature under 1.2kg/cm<2> and the obtained soft steamed eel is then seasoned with the afore-mentioned seasoning solution (B). The above-mentioned seasoned laver is blended with the seasoned eel to afford the aimed food.
