PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction due to chattering by reading out the current status of a switch and detecting comparison with the preceding status. CONSTITUTION:On the basis of a signal inputted to an input reading circuit 9 through a switch 8, the input reading means (circuit) 9 sends the input information to a state discriminating means 10. The means 10 discriminates four states in each time and transfers information respective state processing means 11-14. The processed results from these processing means 11-14 are transferred to a discriminated result output means 15, which outputs discriminated results of clockwise and counterclockwise directions. In said four states, T=0 is the state separating both contacts S1, S2, T=1 is the state conecting any one of contacts, T=2 is the state connecting both contacts, and T=3 is the state separating reverse contacts S2, S1 against the originally connected contacts S1, S2. When both contacts are separated again, the original state T=0 is restored. |
