PURPOSE:To perform a finish forming so that all straight pipe part may become parallel by fitting the metal made meandering tube after its intermediate forming to the front and rear tube extension means composed of a parallel extension rod and forming a bend part receiving face and extending the straight tube part of the tube. CONSTITUTION:A tube extension rod 22, 23 is respectively provided in parallel on a pair of the front and rear tube extension devices 20, 21 whose one part at least is freely movable before and behind and opposed each other to form the receiving face 24 of the tube bend part 2b having the gap 25 capable of fitting the straight tube part of a meandering tube 2 and an optimum gap 26. In the tube finish forming device B of said composition, the metal made meandering tube 2 of after intermediate forming having plural straight tube parts and whose adjacent bodies are not in parallel each other is fitted into said gaps 25, 26. Said rear tube extension device 21 is then moved in the arrow mark direction to move the band part 2b to the receiving face 24. The straight tube part 2a is thus extended in a specific length and held in parallel each other. Said meandering tube 2 is thus formed so that all of the straight tube part 2a may become parallel.
