PURPOSE:To select and output a video signal from each video camera sequentially with simple and inexpensive constitution by resetting a synchronizing signal generating circuit of each video camera and synchronizing each video camera. CONSTITUTION:A video signal from a video camera 1b is given to an input terminal 3b of a switching control circuit 2 via a video output terminal 17. A resistance detection circuit 18 detects whether or not a video output terminal 17 is connected to the input video terminal 3b from the change in a video signal of the video camera 16. A synchronizing signal generating circuit 19 of the video camera 16 is reset momentarily at the release of connection to synchronize each video camera based on the detection.
