PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a frozen food, by filling a pretreated and processed food in freezing cases, traveling the cases in submerged condition in the refrigerant tank and vacuum packaging the frozen food. CONSTITUTION:A precooked food is filled in freezing cases. The plural cases are then connected and placed on an endless rail laid in submerged condition in a freezing bath, e.g. brine, etc., and circulated to freeze the food. The frozen food is then taken out of the freezing cases and vacuum packaged.
