PURPOSE:To obtain the titled sheet free from surface tackiness, good in workability, little in possibility of bond failure due to air bubbles, suitable for laminates, drilling repair, etc., by providing the surface of a sheet base consisting of heat fusible material with a hot-melt adhesive layer non-adhesive and solid at normal temperature. CONSTITUTION:The objective sheet 8 can be obtained by providing either or both surfaces of a sheet base 9 consisting of a heat fusible material such as of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with a hot-melt adhesive layer 10 non-adhesive and solid at normal temperature. For providing the adhesive layer 10, one of the possible processes is as follows: the sheet base 9 is coated with a PVC sol followed by treatment with a hot press at e.g., 100 deg.C for 1min, to make the PVC sol half-gelled.
