<p>PURPOSE:To culture and mature bacteria groups which produce the product of metabolism, by generating circulating flow between an outside housing and an inside cylindrical body therein and developing the phenolic metabolism function of the soil bacteria groups by the microorganism metabolism circuit inducing agent packed into the inside cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:An inflow port 12 and outflow port 15 to permit the hermetic flow in and out of a culture liquid are provided to the outside housing 4 having a hermetic cap body 16. The microorganism metabolism circuit inducing agent (e.g., mixture composed of humus and andesitic pumice in an activated state) is packed into the inside cylindrical body 5 consisting of transparent perforated plates 7, 6 at the top and bottom ends to be installed in the position where said cylindrical body is embedded in the culture medium apart at a spacing from the inside wall of the housing 4. Air circulating devices 17-19 suck air from the gas layer in the upper part of the housing 4 and aerate the liquid with the air diffused from an air diffusion pipe 8 installed in the lower part of the body 5. As a result, the culture and maturation of the soil bacteria group which produce the product of metabolism contg. the compd. having phenol or phenol exposing group are permitted.</p> |
