PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition, containing an aromatic polycarbonate, ABS resin and unsaturated carboxylic acid (derivative) and having excellent chemical as well as impact resistance, molding processability, etc. CONSTITUTION:A composition consisting of (A) 40-80pts.wt. aromatic polycar bonate and (B) 20-60pts.wt. blend of (i) 100-10wt.% conjugated diene based rubber-aromatic vinyl-vinyl cyanide graft copolymer with (ii) 0-90wt.% aromatic vinyl-vinyl cyanide graft copolymer and (C) 1-15pts.wt. olefinic polymer, prefer ably obtained by modifying a copolymer, prepared by copolymerizing ethylene with a 3-12C alpha-olefin in the presence of a catalyst containing Mg, Ti and an organoaluminum compound and having specific properties with 0.05-10wt.% unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, preferably maleic anhydride. |
