The phosphate coating solution is composed of 50-300g/l phosphate ion, 0.5-50g/l molybdenum ion, 0-25g/l zinc ion, as coating materials, 30-300g/l aquous organic solvent, 0-5g/l nonionic interfacial active agent, 1-80g/l nitrate ion, 0-20g/l copper ion, 0- 10g/l lead ion, 0-5g/l fluorin ion, 0-5g/l acetatic acid ion, 0-10g/l nickel ion, as auxiliary agents. Application is made by depositing, brushing or spraying the coating solution or metal surface for once.
