PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time to efficiently generate an inquiry command by retrieving a held resembling example data base and correcting it to generate the command. CONSTITUTION:The command generated by an analyzing and command generating device 3 in accordance with an inquiry in a natural language is not only outputted from the device but also held in a resembling example data base 5 through a registering device 4. Thereafter, the base 5 is referred in accordance with the input in the natural language by a resembling example retrieving and collating device 1. The reference result is corrected by a resembling example correcting device 2 to efficiently generate the inquiry command in a short processing time.
