PURPOSE:To prepare a flavored edible oil having excellent flavor and keeping its quality for a long period, by transferring the flavor component of a food to a liquid edible oil, and removing water from the oil. CONSTITUTION:The tissues of various food raw materials are disintegrated, and mixed with water and aliquid edible oil. The kind of the liquid edible oil is selected according to the purpose. After completing the extraction of the flavor component to the liquid edible oil, the extraction residue is separated usually by the filtration with a filter cloth or centrifugal separation. Since the liquid oil thus prepared contains water, it is dehydrated by the centrifugal separation, adsorption, etc. |
