PURPOSE:To attain the changeover of cameras and the change of talkers without intermission by adding a parameter changeover circuit so as to adjust the changeover time of cameras in switching the cameras through the detection of voice and giving a time difference to the changeover in response to the characteristic of sound source. CONSTITUTION:The cameras 1-1 - 1-3, microphones 2-1 - 2-3 corresponding to the sound source and the parameter changeover device 7 revising the changeover operating characteristic of the cameras are provided. The output state of the microphones 2-1 - 2-3 is monitored independently. The parameter of the parameter changeover device 7 is decided by the elapse of the output time of the detector. That is, the parameter of the parameter changeover device is revised by an output signal from the detectors 3-1 - 3-3. The detectors 3-1 - 3-3 give an on/off signal controlled by the parameter changeover device 7 to switches 4-1 - 4-3. In this case, the video signal from the camera is switched optimizingly by the on/off signal and outputted from the switch 5 as a video output.
