PURPOSE:To obtain the titled asphalt sheet resistant to elongation with heat and having excellent weldability to a substrate, by modifying a part of an asphalt component with a rubber component and compounding with a specific adhesivity-imparting resin and a filler. CONSTITUTION:(A) 45-65wt% rubber-modified asphalt produced by modifying 5-15pts.wt. of an asphalt component (e.g. straight asphalt, blown asphalt, etc.) in 100pts.wt. of the asphalt component with a rubber component (preferably reclaimed rubber from the viewpoint of cost) is compounded with (B) 2-10wt% adhesivity-imparting resin having a softening point of 30-100 deg.C (e.g. petroleum resin, terpene resin, rosin etc.) and (C) 30-50wt% filler component (e.g. talc, clay, calcium carbonate, etc.) and the composition is kneaded and extruded with a heat-kneader at 180 deg.C in the form of a sheet. |
