PURPOSE:To commonly, use the control voltage of a voltage controlled type variable capacitance element by setting the floating capacitance of each of resonators including the resonators at an input and an output stages almost at the same level. CONSTITUTION:By arranging a covered wire 227 whose one end is grounded on the resonator 207 at a second stage, the floating capacitance is generated similarly as in the resonators 205 and 209 at a first stage and a final stage, and the bias voltage of each of the varactor diodes 211, 213, and 215 is used commonly. By constituting a device in such a way, it is possible to set the floating capacitances due to the covered wires 223, 225, and 227 in the resonators 205, 207, and 209 almost at the same levels. Therefore, it is possible to control the capacitances of the varactor diodes 211, 213, and 215 corresponding to a common bias voltage supplied from a bias terminal 217, and to set the resonance frequencies of the resonators 205, 207, and 200 equally.
